13 chrome is an API spec, it includes most 410 and 420 stainless. I have not found a reliable number for 410 stainless. The modulus of elasticity is not a part of any spec that I have found. 13 chrome has the unfortunate property of loosing most of it's impact strength when heat treated to 110 ksi.
